A Tulsa resident, McMullen is co-president of Health Occupational Students of America and placed second in state in HOSA’s 2019 pathophysiology competition. She is a National Merit finalist and winner of Union’s Poetry Slam and 2019 Poetry Out Loud. She is co-founder and co-president of the chemistry club and yoga club and is an acroyogi and aerialist. McMullen is vice president of Writers, Readers, Audiences & Performers and active in Fuse Bible Club. She has volunteered more than 800 hours as a Tulsa Zoo Teen and works in children’s ministry at Asbury United Methodist Church. McMullen plans to study biochemistry at the University of Tulsa.
