Norman North High School

A Troop 217 Eagle Scout and Order of the Arrow Brotherhood member, Blackman is an avid fly-fisherman and has been awarded the Boy Scouts of America Triple Crown of National High Adventure Award. He is a National Merit finalist, an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction and treasurer of Mu Alpha Theta math honor society. Blackman is the founder of the Norman North Entrepreneurship Club, was recognized with the City of Norman Mayor’s Citizenship Award and was a member of the Norman Chamber of Commerce Tomorrow’s Leaders Class of 2018. He served as committee chair for the Norman North Student Government Faculty Committee. Blackman plans to study economics at Dartmouth College. Scholarship sponsor: The James C. and Teresa K.
