Levi Carter
Hooker High School
Carter is an Academic Bowl All-Star and team captain. He is a member of National Honor Society, Oklahoma Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Carter is a state champion in track and field for the mile relay and also runs cross country and plays football. He is the winner of the AAA Award, Who’s Who Award and was named to the Superintendent’s Honor Roll. Carter is a member of the First Baptist Church of Guymon youth group, and he enjoys art.
