Sydney Martens

Martens is an Oklahoma Academic Scholar, Kami Ott Leadership Award winner and vice president of her senior class. She serves on the Oklahoma Make-A-Wish Youth Leadership Council and the State Superintendent’s Advisory Council. Martens is vice president of Future Farmers of America, placing second in the Oklahoma FFA Agricultural Communications Proficiency Contest and second in the Oklahoma American Farmers and Ranchers Agriscience Prepared Public Speaking Contest. Martens is council president for the Oklahoma Association of Student Councils and plays varsity basketball. She is a Fellowship of Christian Athletes member and attends Mennonite Brethren Church, where she is an active youth group member.
