Kayla Cao

Jenks High School

A National Merit finalist, Cao is a four-time Oklahoma All-State Choir vocalist and four-time Music Teachers National Association Senior Piano Performance Competition first-place winner. She was named top 23 in public forum debate at the National Speech and Debate Association tournament. Cao is a National Chemistry Olympiad qualifier and co-designer of the College Philanthropy Initiative. She serves as vice president of Jenks’ Chinese Club and Pre-Med Society Club. Cao is a member of the Trojanaires varsity show choir and mock trial team. She is the creator of the Wuhan Tianmen City Hospital fundraiser and a member of the Chinese American Association of Tulsa. Lauren Hsieh

Bixby High School

A National Merit finalist, Hsieh is valedictorian of her class and was recognized as an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction. She received the Service Recognition Award for National Honor Society and the Bixby High School Outstanding Achievement and Superior Performance Award. Hsieh is president and former vice president of the Bixby Pre-Med Club and held various leadership positions in the Bixby Interact Club. She is a varsity swimmer and enjoys playing piano. Hsieh volunteers with the Route 66 Marathon, Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma and with the Tulsa Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Joshua Le

Tulsa Memorial High School

Le is a lead programmer and a leadership council member for his school’s FIRST Robotics Competition Team, specializing in programming, electronics and public speaking. He mentors students in designing, building and programming Lego robots and remotely operated vehicles. A class valedictorian, Le is a National Merit Commended Scholar and Advanced Placement Scholar Award winner. He received Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude recognition for his performance on the National Latin Exam. He enjoys experimenting with 3D printers and playing the electric guitar. A National Merit finalist and Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction, Nettleship is an Oklahoma State Regents Academic Scholar institutional nominee. She is a member of National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and the Future Health Professionals of America. Nettleship is a concurrent student at Tulsa Community College. She has served as a St. John’s Medical Center Junior Volunteer. Nettleship is an Emergency Medical Technician student at Tulsa Technology Center. A Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout, Power is a National Hispanic Recognition Program honoree. He is Head Drum Major for the Jenks Trojan Pride and captain of the Jenks Swim Team. Power serves as Senior Patrol Leader for Boy Scout Troop 975 and is a member of National Honor Society and International Scholars Program. He is a Maverick for the American Heart Association Heart Ball, and a member of Key Club, Pre-Med Society and National Spanish Honor Society. A National Merit Scholar and Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction, Seo is a U.S. Presidential Scholar nominee. She is president of Science National Honor Society and earned an Advanced Placement Capstone Diploma. Seo is co-captain of the Speech and Debate team and co-organizer of TEDxYouth. She is concertmaster of the Jenks Chamber Orchestra and Tulsa Youth Symphony Orchestra as well as a three-year Oklahoma Music Educators Association All-State Orchestra member. Seo is a Tri-M Music Honor Society Orchestra Representative and does research in public health with University of Oklahoma-Tulsa. Udwin is a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout and former Senior Patrol Leader with Troop 20 in Tulsa. He is Booker T. Washington Debate Team captain and a national tournament qualifier. Udwin is a varsity academic team member and second place winner at JV Academic Bowl Nationals. He is winner of a National Spanish Exam Silver Medal, president of Model United Nations Club and a National Honor Society member.
