Regional Meetings and Trainings
All Aboard, Set your Sails!
Chart your course and plan to attend one of the regional school foundation training meetings!
We know many of you are volunteer board members with busy schedules, so we carefully selected meeting times and dates to better serve you.
Each meeting will be packed with an exciting agenda (See below for details) and fun activities designed for you to interact with your board and others in your region. We encourage you to bring a minimum of three board members as the more crew you have, the easier the sailing will be!
There is no charge for the meeting, and a complimentary light dinner will be served. Registration is required.

Regional Meeting Activities
Panel Discussion: Superintendents and foundation leaders from three school districts will answer questions and share their successes in working in tandem as true partners. You will see how the synergy of a partnership multiples the effectiveness of how funds are used in a district. This session was presented at the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration Conference this summer and is back by popular demand!
Exercises: Boards will meet together as teams of 6 to 8 people to create a minimum of two new ideas to take back and immediately put into action with your full board. (Boards can be combined to make the group size.) It is suggested that each board bring a minimum of three people to the workshop. The more the better! Exercises are impactful and fun!
Program Award Winner: One of this year’s program award winners from the 2017-18 award seasons will present their foundation’s winning program. You will learn what worked and what did not, so that you can duplicate it and model it to fit your foundation and district needs! This is always a favorite at our Fall Forum.
Keynote Speaker: See the meeting descriptions for the speakers at each location.
Join us for this exciting opportunity to network and strengthen your foundation!
