Josh Nix
Pittsburg High School
Nix is a Presidential Scholar candidate, Conference Academic Team MVP, and class valedictorian. He is the first National Merit finalist in his school’s history and is an avid member of Pittsburg’s varsity basketball, academic, and golf teams. After skipping his sophomore year, Nix spent his past summer in Boston studying radar while attending a fully funded program for high school seniors at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Nix was admitted to MIT during early action, and received a likely letter from Yale University. He plans to study math and finance at MIT.
